Jira Integration

NodeKAT integrates with Jira to search tickets using intelligent JQL generation, retrieve issue details, summarize recent activity, and extract issues into your knowledge graph for RAG.

Ticket Search

Search Jira issues using natural language with multi-JQL query enhancement for broad coverage.

Issue Details

Retrieve full issue context including description, comments, and change history.

Activity Summaries

Generate LLM-powered summaries of recent ticket activity across your projects.

Knowledge Graph Extraction

Extract Jira issues on a schedule, convert to Markdown, and ingest into FalkorDB for RAG.

To set up the Jira integration, you’ll need:

  • Atlassian Cloud admin access (to create an OAuth 2.0 integration)
  • A NodeKAT instance running and accessible
  • Outbound HTTPS access from NodeKAT to Atlassian APIs (auth.atlassian.com, api.atlassian.com)

Once you’ve created the OAuth 2.0 app and obtained your client ID and secret, provide them to your NodeKAT administrator who will configure the connector.
